The Gurley LEEP family would move from C-1’s District Business Area, C-2 General Business, but the 1999 Decree set different property restrictions.
Plumber Matt Flynn explained that the 1999 restrictions, apart from overlapping streets, deny a standard market that requires higher planning will benefit more and more.

It also prohibits cinemas, laundry services, grocery stores and stores.
Leep said that there was not enough space for individual buildings, so every single brand could work alone, so the project would be a building with four different façades.
Each manufacturer has its own service corridor leading to the central warehouse behind the service.
“The challenge of this project, too, is that we have to offer four different manufacturers a vision of how they want to show the brand,” Leep said.
According to Leepa, the architect has developed the basic concepts of a building, but it has to manage every manufacturer to determine what changes are made in accordance with established standards.
Each manufacturer has orally agreed to place on the distributor’s website.
When the project was dropped, Leep announced that it could host 125 new and used cars on the ground, which is about a month from the warehouse.
Although the application would like to change the design of more than 13 hectares, the license holder and the exhibition hall can only be found on the west side. The eastern side remains for future development and the lawn is added to cleaning the site.

Announcements sent to owners who are 200 meters away from the proposed development were appealed.
Jager explained that the Gurley Leep Automotive family reacted to one of these concerns in the neighborhood. She and Leep have assured the Commission that they have chosen to be good neighbors.
“We want to be good neighbors and to be an integral part of this community,” said Leep. “It is not useful for those who do not create good relationships with their neighbors, whether it’s work or home.”
Tuesday’s public debate was the first step in approving zoning.
The municipal administration has not yet given a recommendation to the Commission, but the debate begins when the Commission meets again for two weeks.
